Our quality assurance policy, our idea about quality serves as a message for our partners:

For our students

They are in the centre of our professional and human efforts. With our trainings and human services we want to help their achievements in practical everyday life. Our aim is to improve the quality of life of our students.

For our employees

Our institution insures a supportive working environment for all members of our permanent and sub-contracted staff who are ready for independent, creative and responsible work, and open to personal development. We expect all our colleagues to represent the organisational culture of KRKK and its attitude towards quality.

For the regional labour centres

We cooperate with the regional labour centres and their offices as a partner in permanent improvement of the employment capacity, labour market potential of the region.

We permanently develop our knowledge capital, tools and equipment, in adjustment with the market environing us. Their needs are dealt with quick reactions, and service-oriented attitude.
